Alaska Airlines has launched nonstop service between San Diego and Mexico City, their ninth destination from the United States to Mexico. Passengers can already currently fly from Los Angeles and San Francisco to the Mexican capital.
Alaska Airlines currently operates more than 100 flight a week between Mexico and California, to nine destinations, including Cancun, Ixtapa/Zihuantanejo, Loreto, Los Cabos, Manzanillo, Mazatlán, Puerto Vallarta and Guadalajara. Alaska began flying to Mexico in 1988.

The San Diego to Mexico City flight will depart San Diego daily at 7:05 a.m. and arrive in Mexico City at 12:50 p.m. It will depart Mexico City at 7:35 p.m. and arrive in San Diego at 9:37 p.m.
